I’m Lillian — trauma-informed Tantra teacher, sex educator and intimacy coach.
My approach to life and my work is simple: I lead from the heart. Love is at the center of everything I do, from guiding you through the ancient teachings of yoga and Tantra to helping you embark on your own unique journey of sexual self-discovery, spiritual transformation, and relational awakening. Whatever the question, Love is the answer.
I believe life is ceremony. Every breath, every movement, every moment is a sacred ritual — an opportunity to connect to the divine both within and around us. I believe this is what the true essence of Tantra and sacred sexuality is.
My work empowers you to say YES to this ceremony of life and discover new paths of healing previously unexplored. I treasure the gift of walking alongside you as we work together to infuse every moment of your journey with a renewed sense of purpose, presence, divine connection, liberation, and bliss!

1:1 Tantric Discovery
This work is a living, breathing ceremony of YOU — your body, your boundaries, your heart, your sensuality, your sacred life force, and soul. My work is hands-on, immersive, confronting, audacious, and ultimately — completely transformational.
Together, we’ll traverse through the medicine of Tantra and discover a path to healing through the body’s innate wisdom.
Virtual coaching & in-person Tantric bodywork sessions are available.
Couples Sessions
I work with couples from a variety of backgrounds, relationship styles, and life experiences. Together we’ll explore unique healing modalities from the Tantric toolkit to help you discover expansive intimacy, relational harmony, and fearless erotic ecstasy.
Events, Workshops & Retreats
I offer monthly workshops and classes in the Phoenix, AZ area. At my events, you’ll discover a wide range of topics including Tantra, sacred sexuality, conscious relating, yogic intimacy, Womb healing, somatics, and more.
I’m also available for private hire for events and retreats.
